Pran Yoga & Fitness is a small yoga studio located in Lynchburg, Virginia, with about 300 regular customers.
Initially, Lee Rooney, the owner of Prana Yoga & Fitness, wanted to improve communication with customers.
“My primary goal at the time was communicating with my customer base and spreading the word about my business. We have about 300 regular customers; in the past, we had many more customers than that. Now because of the pandemic, we have less, and we are trying to gather some momentum and expand,” says Lee.
From the start, Lee knew he would need to use software to achieve those goals. “We tried to do that with the software that I had – Mindbody – but it was limited. So when Referrizer approached me, my business goal was to grow the business socially, social media wise, Google reviews, and just generate more buzz,” explains Lee.
